Experian picked us to drive sales of Identity Hub, their multi-product online solution for identity fraud detection. We designed the strategy and created a pick-and-mix selection box mailer with the message ‘Take your pick’. Each product was represented by its own variety of sweet, and the box contained selection bags and an ingredients card. Recipients were sent to a microsite for more info or appointment setting. The campaign, fully managed by us, delivered some tasty results: high recall, packets of interest, over £240,000 in sales and ROI of over 20:1. Sweet!
