Planet Retail, experts in retail intelligence, were expanding into China and the US and needed its identity to convey contemporary world-class. Our mission: to create a fresh, market-ready brand. First we set out its values, propositions and positioning. We worked with sales teams to craft a matrix of customer pains and vertical messages. We designed a sparkly new brand, a state-of-the-art website, a suite of sales and marketing templates and a style-guide to police the identity. The client’s verdict: out of this world.
