Our mission was to create a fresh brand strategy for Planet Retail, experts in retail intelligence who were rapidly expanding into China and the US. First we set out its values, propositions and positioning. We worked with sales teams to craft a matrix of customer pains and vertical messages. We designed a sparkly new brand, a state-of-the-art website, a suite of sales and marketing templates and a style-guide to police the identity. The client’s verdict: out of this world.
